Abraham and Chris met thirty three Kitukiro community members and the purpose was to discuss about the research they made on chickens project they want to do as a group. This came about because they wanted to start this project without much knowledge about it that is why Abraham told them to do some research so that when they enter into it they will have much knowledge about it. He asked them some questions about how they are going to treat chickens, divide labor because most cases some members leave the work for that member where the chicken coop is built bringing more concern when time comes to share the benefits because he may claim more shares for the work he or she did more than others. Abraham and Chris made them to discuss in groups so that they came together and shared with the all group what they have come up with. They struggled how they will share the labor because others were saying they have to make a list so that each member is given a task to do while others wanted to assign in groups like four members in the group giving reason that if one has a problem the other may fill the gap. Abraham reminded them that chickens need more attention than as they think giving example in Ikumbya village the members left the work to the chairperson and she had to struggle with the chickens during coronavirus lockdown. He also recommended to assign groups because it gives a space whereby if one is sick his friends can fill up the gap and work then he or she can work in the following turn more than his or her friends. They decided that they are going to do in groups. The chairperson Mss Base said that during the registration there something which the CDO changed in their constitution which needs all the group to be aware of by the next meeting. 

Next Visit

2021-05-28 - Purpose: To discuss about the parts of their constitution the CDO changed during registration whereby all need to know and not to think the leaders are the one who changed them.
