Alex B checked with the members that planted mvule and musizi to see how the planted and being cared . He was to also to advise them accordingly to the point that there trees grow until when they will be harvested . He was received by Zaina and the Lc1 James.They managed to check with a good number of people to see how they planted and care for their trees.It was noted that almost all the trees are growing though very few were destroyed by unknown reasons. Gunsimbi who received five mvule and ten musizi only lost one musizi.What was found out that it was during rain season by the time seedlings were delivered to the community members. The trees were lacking cages around them for protection. When we were moving around we noted one tree being destroyed because of the cage.They also noted that some left some space for water to lodge around which may lead to rotting of them. Alex B advised them to fill the holes with soil to avoid water lodging. We after proceeded to the meeting place and talk to the community members.The meeting began with prayer that was led by Moses one of the members. The Lc1 gave a welcome remark.Alex B thanked them turning up for the meeting. He told them the findings when he checked with some of them how they planted and caring for their tree.The trees were good looking since they had just planted them during rain season.There is need to work together for them to raise them healthy. He advised them to visit one another for them to help each other .They will be able to provide material in putting up cages around the trees. There were some members want to joint in planting trees and said they have planted musizi. In response,he thanked them for the concern and advised them to plant more different types of trees. He urged the members welcome people who want join them with the same agenda. 

Next Visit

2021-05-28 - Purpose: To teach the leaders of their responsibilities. Then after to meet all the members about the need to make bylaws which will guide them to make their constitution.
