- Naisamula village, Irene and Maria went to teach about personal hygiene, oral care, menstrual hygiene and skin infection The VHT of this village (Mr. Klovis) welcomed kibo, the village members for the health education lessons there after, he asked one member to open with a word of prayer, then he encouraged the members to always participate in these lesson. The VHT invited Irene to start the lesson. Irene introduced the lesson of skin infection to the members, discussed the causes, prevention, and treatment of skin infection. By the end of the lesson, most members were able to prevent and in any case treat the infection. She then invited Maria to teach. Maria taught about Menstrual hygiene and oral care, she talked on how one can keep good hygiene while in menstration period. About oral care, Maria asked the members the definition of oral care then she gave a clear definition, the causes of oral care and how to prevent and treat incase of any dental issue. Demostration on how to brush was done and members embraced it.
