Kitchens visit households

Village
Ndalike
Program
Healthy and Safe Kitchens
Notes
During the evaluation process, Suzan found some of the active participants cooking on their fuel efficient stoves while with their children inside because the kitchens no longer had smoke inside them. Their husbands reported that the stoves improved the general hygiene in the kitchens and always ate food on time because it cooked food faster yet it saved firewood. The community thanked Kibo group for the great program it introduced in their village and promised to expand it in the neighboring villages.
