Abraham and Alex B met seven community leaders of Kazimbakujira and the Mr Bera the Defence on the LC1 acted as a chairperson because the chairperson of the community Mr Luka Shipply lost a relative and he went for the burial. Mr Bera said that as a community they think having a tent will help them as the whole community in bad times like funeral and good times of weddings. He added that they will be renting it to some neighboring village and that money will be coming to general pool so that if they have a broken well they can use that money to fix it instead of asking the community to contribute. Kasolo Richard also said that as a community they want to do something whereby the all community will benefit out of it because per now they are hiring tents when they have funerals and weddings that why they came up with the idea of buying a tent with one hundred seats so that the money they have been using for hiring can help them in other areas and all are saving willingly. Alex B thanked the community for identifying the need for the community and he challenged them to think of where they are going to keep the tent and the seats, how they will keep the records of hiring the tent to make sure everyone in the community knows how much they have and used. Abraham the leaders if they know the type of tent they want to buy because tents are different and also prices is different. Mr Bera thanked Abraham and Alex B for giving them ideas which they had not thought about like keeping the tent which he said they need to discuss about it because it needs a bigger place which is protected. Abraham and Alex B left a home for the community to continue research on tents, how they will keep records,the price and where they will keep it in case they buy it so that they will discuss in the next meeting.
