Alex bamulumbye and Chris engaged the community members about issues concerning the care for the goats and objectives of Kibo’s decision to give the community the goats, the engagement was successful because all community members agreed on one objective of the goats Kibo is about to give them and that is to empower the community households economically , every member was given an opportunity to give their views hiw they will use the goats to improve their incomes , one membetpr called moses said he has two cows which he got from one hen , he said he took care of the hen which multiplied to many hens ,he exchanged the hens to a goat which gave birth to five goats after five years he was able to exchange the goats to one cow which has so far given birth to one calf, he hopes to educate his daughter up to university when the cows give birth, he advised his fellow community members to stick to the objective of uplifting themselves economically by taking care of goats, he said taking care of goats involves feeding them very well and treating them . Chris emphasised more on why kibo is giving the community the goats and the need to take care of them in order to fulfil the kibo objective of improving the community income through the incentive of goats. Alex bamulumbye encouraged the community members to start preparing where the goats will be staying and what they will be feeding on, he said they can start planting the feeds and construct the shelter. The chairman mr Tulibagenyi said the community members have been so cooperative in making sure they bring their photos to update their goats receiving album. Chris will continue preparing the community to receive goats next week on 20/09/2021.
