- Notes
- Enock made a visit to this community to continue checking on the homes which where lagging behind and update the final evaluation about those homes. In the home of mr Daudi who was lagging behind we meet him completing his new latrine, shower area, in the home of Byakatonda who was also lagging behind we met him when he has also completed his new latrine. The home of Badaga a boda boda man who works in namutumba town was also among the most stubborn fellows who has a new latrine, his wife was back in home and happily cooking in their kitchen area. When we walked to the home of Mr George Mutoingo who had lost his latrine due to heavy rainfall, he has completed the construction of his latrine, new shower facility and working on his new kitchen now. These home where among the homes which where lagging behind.
There is only one person Called Mafabi Ngobi whose latrine was full during our follow up visit but we found him having a new latrine pit under construction. This shows how the community residents have embraced the sanitation program and we hope their will be sustainability.
The chairman and VHT mr Matia also reported to Enock that this village is going to be divided into three LC1 come next year. This is because there village is so big and service delivery is not enough from the local government.
