- Keneth made a visit to kisimu village to check on facility constructions and improvement,encouraging residents to build sustainable and durable facilities made on standards .on arrival he connected with the chairman and some VHTs of the village and visited the southern part of the village where came across a lady trying to make her self a fuel efficient stove and Kenneth was interested in knowing how she got into that idea ,the lady replied she saw from a friend’s home on a visit so she felt having one and keneth thanked her for such a mind and further made more announcements on Kibo programs so she promised that she will be a Kibo ambassador when that program kicks in. They made more visits to neighboring homes and advised madam Victoria on benefits of having a soak pit and drainage on her bath area and further making her last two brick courses with cement to prolong the facility span even in rainy seasons. Keneth further helped mama kaana to site an area for hand washing and also helped her to provide a weather proof roof to prevent water flooding in side her latrine due to rains since it can cause collapse of the neighboring soils and even the latrine itself hence being hazardous to their life . They also met mr kabaaya a brother to the chairman of the village who had his pit latrine under construction and advised him on the construction site of the hand washing stand and health educated him on the health dangers of his old latrine since it was within 3ft under ground and fit for demolition,and so he promised to gather funds soon and make the new latrine usable together with a hand washing stand built.
