Notes
Harriet and Jeska found the participants waiting for them at the home where a demonstration stove was to be built, they waited as they chopped grass. They asked participants to lead them to the ant hill where they collected termite dirt. They mixed the dirt and grass at a ratio of one to two basins. They stamped the dirt and built one demonstration stove at kamiya's house. Kibo staff went through the whole process as they explained every step. It was very interesting to see some men also participate. Harriet encouraged them to ensure that they master the whole process because kibo's goal is to empower them with a skill so that they can build stoves on their own.
