Notes
Harriet and Tape found when the participants had already gathered. Kibo congratulated them from having gone through the Chairperson LC1 elections successfully. They told Harriet that all the candidates were active participants in the stove program where by one won elections and one lost but they are still working together in the stove program because they are working together to achieve a common goal which is development. The community had already gathered the materials required for building stoves. Then Kibo staff asked them to mix grass and termite and they successfully did it at the right ratio that is two basins of dirt to one basin of grass. Kibo staff built two stoves as the participants watched while Kibo explained the Whole process. Some members joined in throwing down the dirt for building stoves. Harriet thanked them for participating and told them that if they keep on practising they will learn very fast. The participants also thanked Kibo staff for giving them the opportunity to participate.
