- When Alex B arrived to the village,he found few members of Maliga upper waiting for him at the usual meeting place. The rest of the members came in slowly since it was election day for local council two (parish). They had prayer together,that was led by Fiida the chairperson. They discussed about bylaws of meeting time and attendance.The members agreed and confirmed the time to begin their meeting.They considered the some who go for prayers on Friday,the moslems. The members as most of them go to gardens in the morning,thought of time they go back from the garden.The idea of having a simple meal before attending meeting was considered,as one will be able to contribute ideas to meeting when is not hungry.The members basing on such points that was raised by themselves,they agreed and confirmed 12:45pm as the startling time. They also discussed on the issue of attending all the meeting as it is important to everyone.Isabirye George one of the members suggested that it retards them if members do not all attend meetings,because of repeating what they have discussed for the sake of some who would have missed the previous one.They agreed that communication should be done to the leaders if one will not attend the meeting.They also thought of informing any near by close member if the case is urgent like death or sickness. They could not continue with the meeting as they started late because of the election that took place before meeting. Alex together with the community decided to continue with their bylaws during the next meeting after he left for Jinja
