Notes
Martin went to lgerera B, to check on the latrine constructions in the upper section of the village. He walked around that section with the Chairman LC1 and one VHT. They were so encouraged to see that the community members are working so hard digging new pit latrines and rubbish pits. In that section they managed to see 15 new pit latrines being constructed and 10 rubbish pits. For example , Bandese Nambago and Ayubu Kamba are digging a new pit latrine together because they are in one home and are planning to construct two rooms. They have both so far 10ft deep, Charles Nguluko is digging a new pit latrine and it’s now 8ft deep, Tomas Saba is a blind old man who has dug a new pit latrine of 15ft deep something that made Martin so happy . Martin and the group encouraged them to complete their pit latrine and constructing on them and also to start working on other facilities like dish racks, kitchens, shower facilities and those homes who have not worked on their rubbish pits, to complete them and make their homes clean. Martin and the group walked in 38homes.
Addition to that the Chairman LC1 Mr, Charles Kamya he is working so hard encouraging the community members about their sanitation facilities.
