- Alex B .and the members discussed how how they can begin the constitution writing. The members suggested that some of the issues that should be included in document.
They suggested the Name of the group.They also want the location and the address.Isabirye George suggested to include the formation or history how they began. They also want their vision and mission to be written down .The members want their objective of the group to be included,activities of the group for the members also to lay down .The offices of the leaders and their responsibilities should be included in the document.
The members discussed that the leaders of the group should meet and write the draft of the constitution. The committee is to meet and on 2/10/2018 draft it.They agreed that it will be done in phases.
Alex B.advised the members to work together. He also asked them to give in their ideas to committee in writing or any form to help them to organize as they write the draft. He also told the committee members to listen to the members the ideas they give them about their constitution. He asked the members to bear in mind that the constitution will be guiding them in everything they do as a group.
The committee members accepted to work together withe members in the process of writing the constitution for the group.The committee members will mostly take the vies of the members that will be written in the document.
