- Notes
- Abraham met thirty two Nawaibete community members and they went through their constitution. Most of things were okey with the members but what they want to do together some members think that growing G nuts only will not make a difference and they were suggesting to have another thing also to backup the G nut growing. They are thinking of adding rice growing to the things they are going to do as a group so that if it is dry they know they will get rice and sell.
Abraham advised them to continue thinking and even if what they hope to will not do well again as a group they will look for something which may do well, he told them that this is like a home you do many things but some do not do well and next time you change or do differently.
Some members complained about the away the lock up their bore hole and the chairman said that they lock the bore hole because there those who had not paid the fee they decided every month. Abraham also advised them that may be the fee is not fair for some people, he told them ever to look at the income of the last person to set how much each one can pay because their income is not the same and yet they want all community members to have safe water to drink.
Abraham told the them that he will come with Nsinze sub county CDO to help them to finish their constitution.
