- When Alex B arrived at Kasuleta,he found Members waiting for him at mosque were they used to meet.The meeting began with prayer that was les by one of the members called Nzirawentola Yahaya. The introduction was done by members and three of them said that the goats they received from kibo group as they multiplied they exchange for cows. These were Janati Nakisige, Mawazi Lwakulya and Lamula Nangobi.The chairperson of the group Mr Asumani Mutamba welcomed the members for the meeting.He said as the group has some changes like some of the members whose trees died,goat that also died and some failed to pay back the loan. He also said some did not pay money they agreed on as members for development as to loan themselves. Alex B paused a question to them a bout when they had the last meeting as members of the group. The answer was last year 2017. He asked the another question why are they not meeting or made them not to meet and discuss issues that will help them to change their families, group.and the community.He told them as he did not go there to blame any body but to help them to see that they realize their mistake and begin to meet and work together.He reminded them about the constitution they have always to consult it for any thing since it covers everything concerning their group. The members gave in their points why they could not meet’ The leaders failed to account the money that was given to members as loan.The leaders were not calling for meeting and yet it mandated to them.The famine that took place made to default to pay back the loan. Alex B advised them always to meet discuss and sort out their differences in the group.He reminded the leaders to give time to members and air out what they have during meetings.That they should embrace unity and love for one another to misunderstandings.Transparence is needful and needed from everyone.They were advised to use word or statements that can unit instead of dividing them.The day for meeting should remind one another to see that all attend the meeting and to know reason for those that would not have attended the meeting The members asked Alex B that he had taken long without visiting their group.They requested him not to take long especially as they are reviving,
