2018-11-09 - Purpose: To go with Nawaikona sub county CDO and discuss about their drafted constitution but he was not in the office because he lost a relative in Magada sub county. Abraham proceeded to the usual meeting place in Nawaibete village where he found thirty community members waiting for him. He told the group that they he was supposed to come with their CDO but he lost a relative. This sub county is one of the new sub counties, originally they have been in Nsinze sub county but the government decided to divide the sub county into two and now there is Nawaikona as a new sub county. It has not yet established well but the official have started working. The group started discussing about what they hope to do and they all agreed that they are going to do two things, growing G nuts and rice. They select three members to continue researching about the growing of G nut from the neighboring village called Kisiro who are good at growing G nuts and they will discuss it in the next meeting. Abraham encouraged them to continue researching for other things because everything has disadvantages and advantages, they need to finish up and put those items in their constitution. They were very sorry for the CDO not to come but they said they hope that one time he will be able to come and see what they are doing and also advise them.
