Ws Notes
David and Steven were in the village to follow up on the progress in the two remaining homes which were lagging behind as far as their latrine construction was concerned. The Kibo staff when they reached the village ,they first visited the home of mr Watongola,s .Mr Watongola was one of the members who used to work at slower speed. Fortunately when the Kibo staff visited mr Watongola Bashili they found him when he had started constructing a-shelter on top of his latrine pit. David and Steven advised him on how he was supposed to construct his latrine walls to to make them shorter as he thought. They encouraged him to finish his latrine construction in four days . They did so because he used to disturb the Kibo staff quite a good number of times. From there the Kibo staff visited the second home which was for the Defense of the village mr Ronald luvaluka. They found him when he was also constructing a shelter on his pit latrine. The Kibo staff were so much encouraged with mr Ronald luvaluka because of the size of his shelter he had constructed around his pit latrine. David continued and advised him to use good bricks for is latrine construction. On addition to that the Kibo staff called the committee members for a-small short meeting . The small meeting was intended to know how much they had collected towards their borehole account. In the meeting the treasurer told the Kibo staff that they had collected 277000shillings towards their borehole account.David encouraged the committee members to visit all those homes which had not effected their payments so that they would get to pay. David and Steven during the corse of their meeting as they were assigning the committee members to collect-good standardized poles for their borehole fence construction.one well wisher by the names lsabirye promised the village all the poles they wanted for their borehole fence construction. David thanked mr lsabirye for such a good heart of giving for his entire village. The last assignment the Kibo staff assigned the village was to find them when they had dug a good sock pit around their borehole .In general the entire village has worked to the required standards except mr Watongola Bashili and Luvaluka Ronald who were still half way constructing shelters around their new dug latrine pits.
