Anger Lesson 2: God cares about me?
Notes
Ida went to Kitukiro and continued with the lesson about managing anger. There are three components of anger. Emotional. Cognitive and Behavioral. Let’s see each type below The Emotional Response (The feeling precess) These components occur almost simultaneously so that the person experiencing them has a surge of anger. It is possible to see the way anger is expressed may be sinful, but the feeling of anger is part of God’s designed internal system which can give people energy and motivation to tackle difficult and life threatening tasks. The Cognitive Response (The Thought precess) many times people use the expressions, I was so mad, I just got carried away, etc these responses hide the fact that there are thoughts occurring prior to and during anger which depends upon their mental interpretation of the event. The Behavioral Response (The Action Precess)The Behavioral Response to anger is made up of words that people use or don’t use as an expression of their angry feelings. The Response may cause an explosion of angry behaviors like shouting, throwing, hitting etc. These responses may lead to deep depression and even suicide. The community was happy and encouraged.

Next Visit: 2018-11-30 - Purpose: Finalize anger management lessons.
