- Notes
- Harriet had planned to meet the community members of kiteigalwa in order to discuss how to resume the health and Safe kitchen program since Kibo did not complete the program in this village because of the government demand to register first at the District.
Unfortunately Harriet as soon as she got in the village the community received rumors that some one had just died in the village. This disorganized the meeting as every one had to leave to go to the home of diseased to convert the family that had lost their dear one.
Every one had to join in fetching water, firewood and food to cook for the mourners. Harriet also joined them to fetch water and peal food at the community. The community was really impressed and thanked her for joining them during sorrow moments though she was not a moslem and the family that had lost a dear one was a moslem family yet Harriet was a Christian.
Harriet told them that Kibo loves them in all situations whether in times of joy or sorrow moments and encouraged them to stay supportive to one another since God loves us equally.
She also told them that Kibo is breaking off for Christmas holidays until 8th January 2019 and from then she will communicate when to meet again.
