Notes
Abraham,Harriet and Roy went to Namayingo district with an intention of attending the district coordination meeting that Kibo group was invited to attend. They called the Community development officer of Buhemba sub county the organizer of the meeting to confirm with her that they were on their way to the District for the meeting . unfortunately they could not get hold on her since she had assured them before that the meeting was on they decided to go. They got at the district and started searching for the hall where the meeting was taking place , they found some few participants waiting. Kibo staff joined them but the meeting did not begin. Kibo staff decided to go to the office of the District Community development officer to find out the time the meeting was to begin. They found the office locked and tried to ask some few people who were around the district who told them that most of the government officers were in the field with goal monitoring its activities in the district. They were told that the meeting was called off until January 2019. There was a mis communication even at the district some people did not know about those changes. Kibo staff decided to come back to Jinja since the meeting was called off.
