Bible Lesson 3: The love of God
Notes
Ida had gone to Ikumbya to teach about Gods love, unfortunately she found when there was a woman who had been killed by her husband. The entire community with local leaders were up and down because of what had happened to their village trying to see how the whole situation can be settled.only Few women and two men attended but they were also in a hurry to go and attend the burial ceremony. In our culture, when a person has been killed or murdered, they first have to investigate, perform postmortems, before they can allow the family or community to burry the dead. Therefore since Saturday, the police had been carrying out investigations before allowing the community and the family to burry the lady. The Reason why she was killed was because she was asked by the husband to leave but she decided to stay because of her kids. She was killed by the husband in the garden while collecting food for lunch. We need to keep this family in prayers because the kids are left without a mother.
