- Alex B met the leaders of the group led by Fidah Kasinga how they are going to buy the goats when the receive money from Kibo group without others complaining.The exercise of buying the goats is done properly it may make others offended within the group.
He told them as they are going to receive the money on their bank account.The money will be for buying the goats. He asked them when they receive money on their group account for goats,to call for a meeting.The members should be aware of the amount of the money and Lc1 chairperson.
The leaders suggested that the day of buying the goats,all the members should be present and each receive his or her goat.They also said the Lc1 will witness the exercise of members when the receive the goats. The register will there to one that receive a goat will be asked to sign
The method that will used for members to receive the goats is to be discussed by all the members and agree to avoid any conflict that may arise and cause problems in the group. The members will come up with suggestions and that how they will receive the goats.They also want to come up with in their meeting,will shared with Kibo Group for guidance.
Alex B advised the leaders to writer to Lc1 asking him to be present and witness as the members receive the goats.He also told them when all the members have received the goats then the CDO and Kibo Group will be informed and everyone with his her goat will there to prove that all members benefited from the goat project.
