Notes
Alex B and members of the group discussed about the project they want to do as a group. The members had idea of growing soybeans on the peace of land that was given to them to use by one of the members( Mr. Wabwose) Mutooto Saul the chairperson reported that the land was not yet cleared for the oxen plough. He said since it has been a dry season, the members were not available for work to clear the bush. He informed the members that, the leaders went to the centenary bank to open group bank account but still they were unable because of lack all information that was needed by the bank. The members promised to work as team so that in a short time to prepare the garden and make sure that it’s ready for planting.Peter asked the members always to respond to any call for the good of the group and the garden. On the issue of group bank account Alex B advised the leaders to consult the CDO of their sub county for more information on how best to do it. He also advised them to clear the area so that they are not late for planting .He urged them to corporate as members when they are needed to go to the garden and do work.
