Notes
David and Steven were in the village . Their intentions of going there was to update the homes which were reflected in the system during third evaluation to be having cases of open deification. While in the village David and Steven were joined by phider and some other water user committee members to the different homes which were victims of open deification. They visited the following homes Lulindi ‘s home , Watongola Bashili home , mis Nanyonga Mugoya They found that they had finished with the construction of their latrines. David and Steven were very much encouraged with the way how members had constructed their latrines . The members were encouraged to improve on their latrines by smearing on them. From there the Kibo staff continued to Busando Alex and Serwada Robert’s homes .Unfortunately when they reached those homes they had only constructed the pits . However in serwada roberts ‘s home for him his latrine had collapsed because of the recent rains. The Kibo staff advised him to work hard by reconstructing anew shelter around their latrines. They continued and moved to the borehole. Fortunately the status of the well and sock-pit were well maintained . The Kibo staff advised the committee members and even advised them to continue taking the good care of the borehole. In general the hygiene and sanitation of the entire village was good except for the two homes which needs work and improve on their sanitation facilities.
