When David and Steven were in the village. They were joined by miliya mutoto the chairwoman of the borehole and Wabwose the treasure of the borehole to the different homes . They visited the different homes because they wanted to monitor and assess the sanitation status of the village since it was quite along while since they stopped working in that village. Out of the 54 homes they visited ,David and Steven noted that in the homes they visited had maintained their sanitation standards. Except that there was only one challenge of the people jerrycans which not clean enough. Therefore the Kibo staff saw it has important to have a meeting which will be aimed at reminding the village members about the clean water from the borehole up to their homes. The Kibo staff reminded the chairwoman of the borehole miss Mutoto Milya and some other water user committee members to always encourage everyone to use clean jerrycans while fetching water for their home use . They also visited the borehole. However the borehole was well maintained. Miss Milya mutoto told the Kibo staff that they had 170000 shillings as their borehole account balance.On that note David advised miliya mutoto who is the chairwoman of the borehole to always be taking a lead towards reminding all the members to continue contributing towards their borehole account. David and Steven decided that they will be having a-village general meeting after the village chairman organizing other village members. In general according to the hygiene and sanitation standards of entire village was good .Except for the many homes which had dirty jerrycans .
