- Manuela went to Nawaibete to teach about communication Skills, Manuela taught about the advantages of Assertive ways of communicating. Assertive refers to being direct, straight forward and no is a no and yes is a yes without confusing the statements while communicating. The reason why Manuela decided to plan and teach the community members of Nawiabete this lesson is to improve on their communication Skills among people because in the community where people have good communication skills, there will always be peace and unity , good feed back and understanding of each other. Good communication skills leads to good relationships among family members that is to say the children and their parents. Achievement 1. The community members were able to answer what good communication is. 2. They were also able to mention the three communication styles. After teaching the community members, she went ahead and asked them about the water user committee, they are managing the bore hole and the money.
