Notes
Introduction Manuela went to Kivule village to introduce a new topic, she taught about communication skills, this topic is also taught to parents in community with emphasis of promoting good communication skills among family members, after explaining that to the community members, she also taught the community about importance of critical thinking before coming up with any decisions. Manuela also told the community to watch out the wards they speak some times those wards are bad and they are good to be hard. Overview By the time Manuela reached the village she found few people at the trading center, most of the men were not around that they that had gone to the sub county to receive orange plants-said by one of the woman in that village, she said that the government is giving out as wealthy creation to the community members to fight poverty. While Manuela was teaching she also told the members around that they should also plant enough food for their family members, not to look at the orange alone because oranges take long to measure and to be harvested. When Manuela was teaching she advised the community members to think first before deciding because some time it is good to think before acting so that to avoid wrong decisions that can lead to problems in the community, she went on told the members that they can also seek for advice from people whom they trust for example, church leaders and some natural leaders within the community. She also told the parents to also encourage their children to think first before coming up with a decision more especially the girls so that to avoid wrong decisions among young people. Finally Manuela encouraged the parents not to stop talking to their children, she told them to always have time for their children and take up the family responsibilities positively.
