Abraham met thirty nine Ikumbya community members and the purpose was to discuss about how they can finish their next chicken coop. They built the first chicken coop and they are keeping layers and now they want to build for broilers. They cut some timbers and now they are preparing to start building but Abraham wanted to meet the group before they start. The chairperson Mss Nabirye Rose told the meeting that now they have enough timber to construct the next chicken coop and also they are collecting two thousand shillings but some have not completed paying. She said that there is well wisher who gave them fifty thousand shillings for the nails. Abraham thanked the members for working together and he said why he wanted to meet them it is because they have to be prepared before they start the next chicken coop. He asked them if they have the ion sheets and they said they do not have and he advised them that when they build the wall and stay for long time with this much rain then they will become weak, he told them to get chemicals to put on the timbers because they have termites which eats the wood. They members decided that they are going to wait until they get the ion sheets for roofing in order to have a strong structure. They are hoping to host the chief of Ikumbya sub county who wants to go and see what they are doing and see if they can be able to get government support.

2019-07-08 - Purpose: To go with Ikumbya sub county chief and discuss how they will be working with the government after Kibo exit.
