Notes
Alex B noted that the members have finished to write the constitution and all the members in it are 45.The members told him that they have money ready for registration, the sh.100000.and a balance of sh.125000as their saving. They also gave a copy of their constitution and they told him that they want to have the certificate of their registration by the end of the year. He told the members to go and meet the C D O of their sub county about the registration and also to make a work plan so as to attach it to the constitution. This is because to be considered for the registration, the constitution and the work plan is needed. They agreed as members to make it and present it to the community development officer of Ivukula sub county. Alex B told the members to provide the hedges around their trees so that they are not destroyed by animals or other community members. He told them that all members in their homes should know where the trees are planted so that security about the trees is good. He also told them not to allow bushes around the trees as one may burn it up while burning the bushes around. The members promised to protect the living trees as he told, as during the evaluation some were found dead. The members had lunch and were happy as it was their last meeting the year 2017.
