Notes
Alex B told the members the best way of receiving the goats after being bought by the procurement committee. He told them that all the goats will be locked up inside the room and the ropes on those goats will loose out . The members will follow the way they picked the papers from No .1 to the last Number. The Lc.1 will witness as the exercise will be conducted as the members will receiving the goats. He asked them to bear in mind how they are going to coordinate as members so that their goats protected and easily identified from other goats in the community.. I told them to put unique tags on their goats that will be received from kibo group. He also asked to begin think of what they will do as members together from the money of the offspring of the goats .They began by suggesting a number of things like poultry, agricultural, and oxen. Alex B told them that is good they have something to discuss on the challenges that they may come across as they operate such business.
