Notes
The leaders of the group mostly the chairperson Mr.Martin Kisira and Mr.Mulindwa Peter are responsible for collecting maize from the members of the group. The issue is that each member is supposed to give ten kgs of maize as a means to increase the income in the Group. When that maize is collected they sell it and earn money to the profit of the Group. The chairperson of the group also reported the project of the goats that was given to them by kibo Group is doing good. He said that as the goats some of them have given birth ,the members are happy and they say that ,they are benefiting from the project as they believe that this project will be able to solve or meet the need of their families.
Alex B told the members to always attend all the meetings as they have decided so that they learn more from their leaders and one another. He told them that since they started with CLTS program, it has helped the community to keep up with that standard in order to avoid sicknesses. Alex continued to tell them to work together in Love, unity as this will help them as individuals, group and the community to develop and have more programs and to do other businesses in their group. He told them that discipline should be a key reference in their group since they made themselves a constitution to guide them as members and a group. He also told them that, they are all responsible and need to contribute for development of the Group.
