As they moved, the first two homes they visited, one of them had a new pit recently dug of about 25ft. He said he was waiting on the builder to start on the construction of the concrete floor. He also showed the chairman, Tom, and the committee members the new, bags of cement he had bought for the construction of the concrete floor. He also had bricks for the walls and he had bought his,own iron sheets.
Tom was very thankful and appreciated the resident for putting in a lot of efforts to get his family a new Latrine. He said his tarted was to get the latrine finished before Christmas.
In another home, they had finished digging the pit while in three more homes, they had finished the construction of the concrete floors for their latrines. As they moved, the chairman of the village was reminding every resident in their homes about the iron sheet contributions. In the section they moved in, four residents had already contributed the money and Tom promised them that the iron sheets will be delivered some time next year. Tom also promised them that a meeting will be called were more will be discussed concerning the iron sheets.
