- Alex B met twenty members of the group about their constitution. Balaki the chairperson of the group thanked the members for caring the living trees. He reported that the issue of the constitution and registering the group was one of the major thing. They have started the draft constitution but not yet completed it. Godfrey one of the members raised a concern about the members not the new sub county where the government had demarcated. He said it had not yet started operating. Alex B informed the members of Nawaibete to do finish up the draft constitution.He told them all to participate by giving in ideas since the document is for the all the members. The members were told to contribute money since after hand writing will be needed to be typed. After writing it they should go through it as a group and when they are certified by themselves,Alex B will also go through with members. After that then it will be taken to the CDO for final advise since is the one to issue them registration certificate. Kabale the father of some of the members and prominent local doctor was very sick.It made some members not to attend the meeting.His was at his home but Alex B advised them to take home for medical.
