Notes
Harriet found a few participants waiting at the meeting place. She waited but the number was not increasing . This forced her to ask them why the number was small. They told her that they had lost a relative in the neighboring village and most people had gone at the funeral. Harriet asked them whether the meeting should be postponed because it was necessary for all of them to be there to discuss about the policies and leadership that would govern the program.
The group insisted and Harriet reviewed with them the materials required for building stoves to ensure that they all understand. The meeting was later adjourned for the members to go and attend the funeral.
