Introduction Bubinga is among the Local councils in which some of the Pupils/Students from Kivule Primary a School live. Last year Life Skills taught here a couple of times but due to unavoidable circumstances they withdrew from this village. However Life Skills is now back to work in this village. Overview Lorna called the chairman and informed him that she will be coming to the village to meet him to talk about the continuity of Life a Skills Program in this village. Today Lorna made a visit to a Bubinga to meet the chairman. When Lorna reached the village , the chairman was waiting for her at the usual meeting place. They greeted each other and started off with their meeting. The chairman told Lorna it’s been a while since she came to the village but Lorna asked whose fault was it because as she remembers everything was okay until the chairman relaxed on mobilizing the community members which later became poor but also focus was also put on the schools. The last meeting Lorna had was however well attended as it was an all woman meeting, the women were complaining about their husbands not taking on their responsibilities but this was after them complaining that their wives were leaving their marital homes without knowing the reason why. Anyhow Lorna informed the chairman that she was planning to resume her lessons here and wondered whether this will go on well. The chairman promised Lorna that this time everything will go on well and that she should leave everything to him. Lorna asked him what is the current issue as per now in the village and he said there borehole was down and also that people were still asking questions on the HIV/AIDS topic like why do we say HIV does not cure yet there is treatment and when people go back to test, they do not see the virus meaning they are healed. Lorna asked therefore should they start by reviewing these lessons and he said yes. They later set a date on 7 February when Lorna will conduct her first lesson this year. They then went to the borehole where Lorna managed to see its current state. Conclusion Lorna thanked the chairman for meeting her and still having faith in the program. She will be visiting this village soon to conduct her first lesson this year.
