Notes
Alex met with the sanitation committee and the LC committee and together they visited the homes that had not yet completed working in their sanitation facilities. During the previous visit together with Tom, they talked to the nine homes that had not yet finished working on their sanitation facilities. These were the only homes that were still behind in the whole village of Budumba. On a good note, visiting the home of Kidabada Dawson and Musodho Charles both dug a pit of 20ft and had finished to construct on it. Alex told them to roof on it and also smear the pit latrine to look nice. Nkola Joseph and Waiswa Cedrack were digging up a pit of 20ft and had gone up to about 7ft being brothers. Nankola rogers was finishing to roof his house before finishing his pit latrine. Mugabane Grace was working on his pit latrine and had gone about 8ft. He is shooting for 20ft also. Lubaale Jackson finished digging up a 15ft pit and was building on it and then Tatuke Richard finished constructing a 15ft pit latrine for his family of 3 people. Alex will continue to follow up the people that are still working to make sure everyone in the village has all the facilities needed in the home. Alex then had a meeting with the committee members and asked them to mobilize all the community members for a meeting next week 21 Wednesday 2018 to continue involving every one to maintain their sanitation standards and slowly begin a water conversation in the village.
