- While in the village, Tom was joined by two committee members who moved with him around the village to check on facility constructions and sanitation improvements. They moved in the section of he village from the chairman’s home towards Bunaibani village. In one of the homes visited, they found a new latrine recently constructed. The resident had constructed the concrete slab and he’s yet to finish
