- Alex B met twenty one community members about the introduction of mvule community development program. The community gathered under a mango tree.The meeting was chaired by Lc1 chairperson called David. He introduced Alex B to the community as a staff from kibo group .The community was happy since other programs have been there in the community.
Alex B introduces himself to the community members and told them as he is also staff member of kibo group from Jinja.He thanked them for other programs that have been there from kibo group.He told them that kibo has been receiving good reports about their village. He thanked them for taking care of the kibo group staff and working with them for good reasons in their village. He told them as he went to introduce another program known as Mvule Community Development Program. The program was about trees in the community.He asked them why they decided to have their meetings under the mango tree?The community answered that because of the shade from the sunshine,cool air,oxygen.Another person said that when it is period for mangoes to ripe,they eat them. Tim one of Community members said they benefits of the mango tree and yet none of them planted it. He taking to the tree were they always held their meetings. Alex B thanked them for their contributions why they decided to held meetings under that tree. He also told them that there a lot the connect man to atree. The issue of oxygen from the tree to a person life. The fruits from the mango tree is taken good to man.
He told the community as kibo group the entry point for Mvule community development program is mvule tree.The mvule tree is locally known gyamera dhene translation is They germinated by themselves.He added that other types of trees are recognized and recommended by kibo group as important. The community was happy for the introduction about trees and ready to learn more.
Next meeting they will learn about different types of trees and and their benefits to a person.
