- The meeting that Tom was meant to have with the village leaders about the baseline survey and triggering got postponed as many of the village leaders were invited at the sub county and could not make it for the meeting. Even though Tom met with some members of the committee, they all suggested that the meeting be postponed so that most of the leaders are available.
One of the issues that caused the meeting to be postponed was the issue of deciding which sections of the village the program will fully cover as leaders are divided on the issue.
There is Kalalu A, B and C villages. The nest meeting will decide on that issue when all members do attend the meeting.
Tom moved around though especially in the small trading center. He saw two new pits and five eight homes without latrines in the small section that he moved in.
