Irene Went to Nabikenge to continue making a follow up on the health related issues that included hand washing facilities, general hygiene and advising the community members on other related diseases not focusing on COVID but also on other diseases.
The chairman was so grateful that they had to move to the different homes in his area encouraging his people to follow the government directives like washing the hands regularly, using the masks, social distancing, and sneezing the elbow.
They visited around 7 homes and and at least each home had an idea on the guidelines of covid though people had fear of taking their children for immunization claiming that they will use their children to test the covid vaccine . This has been a common myth in the villages that Irene had to clarify.
