Notes
This was the second general meeting in Buyange village with Alex. He travelled with the assistant district water officer Namutumba and the community development officer. The meeting had been intended to continue teaching the roles and responsibilities of the community members and also continue to talk about the contributions the community has to fulfill before the borehole drilling. However the turn up was not very good and also a heavy down pour caused a poor turn up. Most people could not make it to the meeting place because of the rain. About 23 people gathered and Alex together with the assistant water officer decided that they organize another day since what they had organized to talk about needed to reach many people. So they decided that the people that came to go back and tell everyone to attend the next meeting on Wednesday 07/03. Alex also told the people that the rain season had started and therefore they need to maintain their sanitation facilities and keep them with their standards.
